- Brian J. Bischoff is an acknowledged leader in the field of product development and application of sensing and control technology. He has had the privilege of being the principal investigator on three National Institute of Health (NIH) and two Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) grants directed at technology enabled care. He has been developing and commercializing new products for 24 years and holds twelve patents. His career has included key leadership positions with Emerson Process Management and Honeywell, where he was selected as one of thirty-three global executives to participate in the Vision 2005+ project to define strategic trends that would shape the company and society over a five- to ten-year horizon. Following the Vision 2005+ project, he managed the large, global, Control Products business unit for Honeywell, making significant operational improvements. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
- Mike Bonsignore is the former Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Honeywell Corporation. He is a member of the National Geographic Society Board of Trustees and a previous board member of Medtronic. Mike is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, and attended graduate school at Texas A&M.
- Vincent Conti is the recently retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Maine Medical Center (MMC). Under his leadership, MMC repeatedly earned national recognition for the quality of its clinical services. Previously, Mr. Conti held the position of Senior Vice President-Administration at the Yale-New Haven Hospital. While at MMC, Mr. Conti was elected to the Board of the American Hospital Association (AHA), and the board of Health Insights.
- Steven Epstein is the founder of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., one of the largest national healthcare law firms in the United States. As a Senior Partner of the firm, he provides health care organizations and providers with strategic legal guidance on a range of issues and legal challenges relating to the American health care system. Mr. Epstein currently sits on the boards of a number of health care companies, including Discovery Health, HealthExtras and Emergency Medical Services Corp.
- Dan Lubin is a Managing Partner of Radius Ventures, which acts as the Investment Advisor to the Radius Funds. Previously, Daniel was a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Schroder Wertheim & Co., where he shared responsibility for managing the Health Care Group. Daniel co-founded and was a Managing Director of KBL Healthcare Inc., a health and life sciences venture capital and investment banking organization, and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of KBL Healthcare Acquisition Corp, a publicly-traded Specified Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). His prior affiliations include Manufacturers Hanover Trust and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he served as Special Assistant to the Chairman. He was a founder of Cambridge Heart, Inc. and currently serves on the board of directors of Management Health Solutions, Inc., a Radius portfolio company. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Haverford School and was recently appointed to the National Counsel of Advisors of the Center for the Study of the Presidency. Daniel earned a B.S. cum laude in Foreign Service from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School.
- Tom Paprocki is chief executive officer of The Ziegler Companies, Inc., a multi-faceted specialty investment firm that serves the fields of healthcare, senior living, religion, and education. In his role, Tom leads the operations of the firm, with an emphasis on strategy, client relationships, and strategic plan execution. He is also a member of the Ziegler Board of Directors. Ziegler has successfully provided capital, corporate finance, money management and financial advice to individuals and institutions for over a century. Prior to being named CEO, Tom was president of The Ziegler Companies, Inc. and responsible for the Capital Markets and Wealth Management businesses, as well as Marketing Communications, Services & Technology and Human Resources. He joined Ziegler in 1997 as a senior vice president, overseeing taxable bond trading activities. Tom previously served as president of the Huntington Capital Group, a subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president, head of Bond Trading and Fixed Income Research at Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. Tom headed Ziegler's business planning team in 2000 and has been instrumental in creating the firm's current long-term business plan. He holds a B.S. in business administration and a M.S. in economics from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI.
- Vinod Sahney is Senior Fellow at the Institute for Health Care Improvement (IHI). His previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (2006-2010) and Senior Vice President at Henry Ford Health System (1981-2006). Dr. Sahney has been elected to both the Institute of Medicine and The National Academy of Engineering. He is an Adjunct Professor at Harvard University's Executive Program in Health Policy and Management for the past 33 years. He has served on several Boards including-Institute for Health Care Improvement, St. Joseph Mercy Hospital-Oakland, Fairlane Health Services Corporation, Society for Health Systems, Washington University School of Medicine Faculty Practice Plan, St. Joseph Macomb Hospital, Michigan Childrens and Henry Ford Optimeyes. He has served on a number of National Research Advisory Boards including AHRQ, NSF, NAE and IOM. He has authored two books, 50 publications and over 200 presentations at national and international meetings. He has been a management consultant to over 30 health care organizations in the area of strategy, productivity and quality improvement.
