eNeighbor® Telehealth

The eNeighbor® Resident Monitoring system can be easily be extended to collect various physiological measurements, such as weight, blood pressure and blood oxygen. The eNeigbhor® system also provides configurable prompts via the resident’s phone to remind them to take measurements at desired times. This data is all collected within the Healthsense secure data center, which uniquely enables advanced diagnostics that utilize a combination of the activity of daily living and physiological information. All information is available via a secure web portal with configurable user access.
Capabilities:
- Configurable prompts to remind staff or resident to take measurement
- Can be configured to allow the patient, staff or physician to access web content including e-mail alerts
- Patients can review their previous measurement results on the secure web portal
- With the addition of an optional key pad, the eNeighbor® systems can be used as a kiosk allowing any number of patients to use the monitoring device.
- Provides remote updates of software enhancements at no charge or inconvenience to the caregiver or patients
- Wide range of communication options: normal telephone lines, high speed connections such as LAN, DSL, or cable, and even cellular or WiFi wireless networks
Healthsense® Web Portal
The Healthsense® Web Portal is the web interface for accessing patient information. All that is required is a computer with a standard browser and access to the internet. For security, the Healthsense® website is protected with 128 bit SSL encryption. Each user is required to login to the web site with a unique user name and password.
Capabilities
- Allows caregivers to set thresholds on measurement values, and notifies them by email, or cell phone or analog phone of measurements values that do not align with their care plan or fall outside of normal parameters
- Generates detailed reports, including measurement results, graphs, notes, and threshold violations based on individualized criteria
- Allows caregivers to send their patients multiple daily reminders
- Allows customers to grant access to patient data (following HIPAA guidelines) to physicians and family members allowing them to monitor the patient or loved one

Measurement Devices
Healthsense’s set of supported medical devices allow caregivers to monitor disease states such as CHF, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Up to four measurement devices may be connected to the eNeighbor® simultaneously. The eNeighbor® supports connection of the following types of peripheral devices:
