The eNeighbor® WiFi Wireless Nurse Call System is built on a secure industry standard Wi-Fi platform. Our standards-based approach allows rapid adoption of new future of aging services technology on a proven secure IT platform. This saves money during installation and reduces the long-term total operating costs for the provider.
Capabilities:
- WiFi based location tracking of WiFi call pendants
- Configurable text-to-speech engine allows annunciation of location
- WiFi call pendant and pull cords provide positive indication that call for assistance has been successfully completed
- All Healthsense WiFi sensors and devices support configuration and software updates over-the-air (OTA)
- All events are logged, time-stamped and stored in the Healthsense Data Center
- Site reports are provided to analyze call pendant usage and response times
- Call trees for alerts are fully configurable by time of day and day of week, which provides flexibility for best staff response to alerts
- Staff has option on call to press "1" from phone to automatically connect to resident
- Call pendants and pull cords are monitored for battery levels and correct operation
Healthsense® Web Portal
The Healthsense® Web Portal is the web interface for accessing patient information. All that is required is a computer with a standard browser and access to the internet. For security, the Healthsense® website is protected with 128 bit SSL encryption. Each user is required to login to the web site with a unique user name and password.
Capabilities
- Text to speech capability allows easily recognized prompts to staff, such as, location and individual
- Generates detailed reports, including call pendant usage, response times, and notes
- Allows caregivers to configure simply check in call and daily reminders
Allows customers to grant access to patient data (following HIPAA guidelines) to physicians and family members allowing them to monitor the patient or loved one. |
