eNeighbor® PERs System

The Personal Emergency Response system is used primarily in private residences to call for assistance via a wireless pendant, pull cord or call button. The calls are usually routed to the Healthsense response center, which follows a predefined call protocol to bring assistance.

The PERs system is often the first system installed in the home and can be upgraded to include any of the other eNeighbor functions as needs may change.

Capabilities:

  • Complete call and response history of all events
  • Responder has option to press "1" on phone to connect to resident
  • Call devices provide positive indication that call has been placed
  • Call devices are water resistant
  • System fully upgrades to other eNeigbhor functions without replacing PERs system, which makes upgrading economical
  • Wide range of communication options: High speed connections such as LAN, DSL, or cable, and even cellular or WiFi wireless networks

Healthsense® Web Portal

The Healthsense® Web Portal is the web interface for accessing patient information. All that is required is a computer with a standard browser and access to the internet. For security, the Healthsense® website is protected with 128 bit SSL encryption. Each user is required to login to the web site with a unique user name and password.

Capabilities:

  • Configurable call tree
  • Remote access to review events history and responder notes
  • Logs reason for events to be resolved
  • Fully supervised system provides diagnostic monitoring of system operation

Allows customers to grant access to resident data (following HIPAA guidelines) to physicians and family members allowing them to monitor the resident or loved one.
